Ok, so this section is going to be about workout routines and nutrition. I think it’s a little strange to have a musician have a thing like this. But most of the questions I am asked have more to do with this stuff than guitar playing, songwriting and the like. So it’s not me giving it a biggun and going “ooh, check out these pecs” but as we’re here, ooh check out these pecs.

workout and food
this was after jeans weight workout. we did legs and shoulders. alsoa thirty minute spin bike thing in the morning and some kickboxing pad workout in the afternoon. i don't do this all the time.we built up to this. but it really works. and shawyana made a grilled tofu steak and raw veggies from the back garden, as the last meal of the day.
